19 Iris Shop Policies
We try to provide as much details and description as possible on our products to our best knowledge.  Kindly note the materials used and the stated measurement as described in every item

    1. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
    Items sold are neither refundable nor exchangeable unless it is due to error on our part.  If it is due to error on our part and we authorise or allow you to return the item(s), you are required to return the item(s) in its original packaging and original condition within THREE (3) days of receipt for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges).  We are not responsible for the delivery cost of your returned product.  Unauthorised returns may be refused and disregarded. If any item reaches you in damaged condition, please notify us within THREE (3) days of receipt and we will contact you to seek for a resolution.  We shall not accept any responsibility or liability for items lost/damaged in transit but we will attempt to file for compensation on your behalf, where possible.
    2. Lost or Damaged Goods
    19 Iris will not be responsible for any lost/damaged items during the course of delivery but we will ensure that the items are packed safely. If you do not receive your items within 4 weeks from date of shipping, please email us and we will trace the package with the post office.
    3. Pre-sales Enquiries
    If you have any enquiries whatsoever regarding a particular item, please contact us before placing your order. We shall answer your questions soonest possible or within 1 to 2 business days.  
    4. Adjustents and Customisation
    Adjustment or customisation is available upon request.  Please contact us if you require this service.

Ordering Information
Items listed on this website are priced in Ringgit Malaysia unless otherwise stated. Prices are not inclusive of any shipping and handling charges.  Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice as most of the items are limited.  Purchase orders are processed on a first come first served basis.  Should any product becomes unavailable at the time of the purchase order, we will notify you and place them on a back order unless otherwise instructed by you.

*Correspondence strictly via email only. Use of emails enable me to check back purchases and keep them as record.

Payment Method
We accept payment via local bank transfer in Ringgit Malaysia or payment via PayPal for international buyers.  Upon confirmation of your order, you are required to make payment within 3 days otherwise, your order would be cancelled and you will be blacklisted!

Customised Orders
Customised orders are subject to availability of materials. Kindly take note that items made using semi-precious gemtstones will not be identical in colour, shape, texture and clarity due to its natural state.  An upfront 50% non-refundable deposit of the agreed purchase price shall be paid upon confirmation of the customised order from you.  In the event of cancellation of the custimised order, the 50% deposit will not be refunded as we endeavor to source for the materials and much effort is put in to handcraft the customised item.  The balance of the purchase price shall be paid by you within 3 working days upon receiving our notification of completion of a particular custom-made item. The customised item shall be delivered to you upon receipt of full payment of the agreed price.  Please note that the purchase price is not inclusive of shipping and handling charges.

Shipping and Handling
All items will be packed and shipped in buble-wrapped envelopes. Some items maybe packed in a box. Shipping and handling charges are inclusive of wrapping, packaging and postage charges. After receipt of your full payment, your orders will be processed and shipped within three (3) business days.
All orders within Malaysia will be delivered via Pos Ekspres, unless otherwise requested. Please note that no signature is required upon delivery. We ship worldwide. All international orders will be delivered via Registered Airmail from Malaysia and signature is required upon delivery.

International
Pleaase submit your order form and we will inform you of the delivery charges.  Please note that shipping and handling charges are subject to additional charges depending on the actual weight and/or your location. All duties or import taxes, if any, are to be paid by the purchaser.  We are not responsible for any additional charges imposed by the custom authorities or any inconveniences or delay in customs release of any parcels.
We will provide you with a confirmation of your order being shipped including the registered tracking number, if applicable.  If you have not receive your shipment after four (4) weeks, please contact us so that we can request a tracing report from the post office.

Registered airmail (7 to 15 working days) : US Dollar $4.50 for first item and subsequently USD$1.00 for each additional item.
